We make drinks on a drink trailer and travel around Columbus serving smoothies, bubble teas, and snow cones. We do a lot of soccer tournaments and softball tourneys. This position Is base plus tips. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and food service, with experience in handling point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our customers. Duties Operate POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Prepare food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards and café guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring compliance with food handling regulations. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking supplies as needed. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold high standards of food preparation, serving quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation is advantageous. Understanding of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
