Barista Shift Leader

Duties Lead and supervise the café team during your shift, ensuring efficient service and positive guest experiences Pulling espresso shots on a semi-automatic espresso machine and manual grinder, dialing espresso shots, and manually steaming milk Oversee drink preparation and food handling to meet safety standards and quality expectations Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions using systems such as Square Support sales goals by engaging with customers, recommending products, and promoting specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety regulations and health standards Balancing efficiency and multitasking during high-stress situations Assist customers with crystal and spiritual questions they may have throughout the store Experience Prior barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and food service operations Proven leadership skills with experience supervising or leading shifts in a retail or café environment Familiarity with POS systems preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Knowledge of food safety practices, basic math for cash handling, retail math, and food/coffee industry standards Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends We are looking for someone passionate about coffee and crystals!! Weekly pay and tips! We love to make relationships with our customers, so holding a conversation is important!! Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 18.0 per week
