This is a cross-trained front-of-house role for someone who can make great coffee, and / or serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, take food and drink orders, and create an experience guests want to return to. Responsibilities Welcome and engage guests with friendly, attentive service. Take food, coffee, and / or alcoholic beverage orders. Provide counter, bar, and table service as assigned. Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages. Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other alcoholic beverages offered by Last Drop. Check identification and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures. Enter orders accurately into the POS system. Explain food and beverage menu offerings and make recommendations. Prepare and present Last Drop Coffee Flights. Serve and run food and beverages to guests. Process guest checks and payments. Maintain bar, coffee, service, and dining areas. Restock beverage and front-of-house supplies. Package carryout orders. Assist with opening and closing duties. Support the Café Lead, kitchen, and other team members during peak service periods. Qualifications Previous barista, bartending, serving, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred. Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Dependable and punctual. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to responsible beverage service. We can teach recipes and systems. We're looking for people who bring hospitality, hustle, teamwork, and the willingness to learn.
