Location This position is a 100% in-person role. The successful candidate will be expected to work in person on all scheduled workdays and must reside in Omaha, NE. Description The Barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet and connect with each customer Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion Manage cash drawer while following established cash handling procedures Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer Qualifications No previous experience necessary Works well in team environment Positive attitude and passion for working with people Commitment to safty Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques Detail oriented and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple duties Physical Demands and Environment Able to meet the following physical demands, either with or without a reasonable accommodation: Regular and predictable attendance Stand for extended periods of time throughout a day Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds frequently throughout a day Sit, stoop, climb, kneel, and crouch occasionally throughout a day Hear, se, and speak within a loud environment Disclaimer The functions and skills described here are general in nature and represent the type of work performed, but they do not constitute an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities performed on the job.
