Available Schedules:

Full-time:

Wednesday-Sunday, 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Part-time:

Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position. Applicants must genuinely enjoy talking with people and feel comfortable warmly greeting guests, starting conversations, explaining our pastries and menu, and creating a welcoming experience. A quiet or reserved customer-service style may not be the right fit for this particular role.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting every guest with warmth and enthusiasm Taking orders accurately and operating the POS system Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages Learning our pastry and menu offerings so you can confidently answer questions Packaging orders and keeping the pastry case stocked and presentable Maintaining a clean, organized dining room, counter, and beverage station Washing dishes, taking out trash, restocking supplies, and completing other cleaning tasks Working quickly and efficiently during busy service periods Helping teammates wherever needed The ideal candidate is: Extremely friendly, social, and comfortable talking with customers Dependable, punctual, and available for the full scheduled shift Able to work with a strong sense of urgency while remaining accurate Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to clean Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 30 pounds Available to work weekends A strong team player with a positive attitude Previous barista, restaurant, or customer-service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. More than anything, we are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in excellent hospitality and enjoys making people feel welcome.

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
