Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Clover POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including food prep stations and seating areas. Engage with customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy using POS systems, ensuring proper cash reconciliation. Follow food safety protocols and food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist in preparation and serving light food items while adhering to health standards. Utilize time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service. Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling, and proper sanitation practices. Experience in food preparation or food industry roles is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
