21 Years Old NOiR Desserts & Coffee Bar is an upscale coffee, dessert, and cocktail lounge located in downtown Oklahoma City. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused team members capable of preparing specialty coffee beverages, desserts, and handcrafted cocktails while delivering exceptional hospitality. Position Summary As a Barista/Bartender, you will prepare espresso beverages, craft cocktails, serve desserts, operate the POS system, and create a memorable guest experience. This position combines the responsibilities of a professional barista and bartender. Key Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, teas, cold brews, and specialty coffee beverages. Prepare specialty coffee cocktails. Verify IDs and comply with all Oklahoma alcohol regulations. Serve desserts and maintain product presentation. Operate Toast POS and process transactions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Complete opening and closing duties. Upsell menu items and provide menu recommendations. Deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications Required:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Eligible to obtain an Oklahoma ABLE Employee License. Evening and weekend availability. Reliable transportation. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred:

Barista experience. Bartending experience. Restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience. Schedule Typical shifts are 2:00 PM-11:30 PM, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, and 5:00 PM-11:00 PM. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required. Compensation & Benefits $15-18/hour based on experience. Tip sharing program. Expected earnings of $20-28+/hour including tips.
