Barista Wanted - Baristopia Coffee Baristopia Coffee is looking for a passionate and reliable barista to join our team. We are a specialty coffee shop focused on quality, consistency, and a clean, professional work environment. We are looking for someone who truly loves coffee and takes pride in their craft. We are looking for someone who: Has strong hygiene awareness and clean working habits. Maintains a clean bar, organized workstation, and follows proper food safety standards. Has solid coffee skills. Experience with espresso preparation, milk steaming, drink consistency, and latte art is strongly preferred. Has good character and a professional attitude. We value honesty, responsibility, punctuality, teamwork, and respect for customers and coworkers. Genuinely loves coffee. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning, improving, and growing with a specialty coffee team.
