Position Overview:

As a Barista & Sandwich Artist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will be responsible for crafting specialty coffee drinks, preparing fresh sandwiches, and ensuring the overall guest experience is top-notch.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages. Create and assemble sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items to order. Ensure all food and beverages are made according to our quality standards and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the register. Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy times.

Qualifications:

Previous barista or sandwich prep experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for coffee and food, and an eagerness to learn. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others. Ability to handle cash and follow safety protocols. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
