Job Description

We are looking for someone who can work around 30 hours and pretty open availability and can work on the weekends!

Elka bee's is a family owned shop. looking for baristas and individuals that would be interested in becoming a barista/cashier and potentially be a part of our long term vision as we continue to grow and open new stores in 2028!We have 2 locations around Clackamas and Wilsonville, with a new 3rd location on the way in the spring of 2028. We are looking for friendly and outgoing people to add to our team now. The ideal candidate is one who can work in a fast paced environment and love working with people and providing excellent customer service. Once hired, your hard work will not go unnoticed and will be rewarded with more hours, raises, promotions! Especially as we continue to grow and have plans to open more shops the growth within the company as we continue to expand and spread is endless!

The beginning pay range listed includes tips.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with coffee, tea, and espresso beverages
  • Looking to work long term and not just a stepping stone job
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Willing to complete cleaning duties
  • Willing to work in the preparation of food
  • Available to work a schedule that may include weekends and some holidays
