Job Description

Oyatsupan is a from-scratch Japanese bakery cafe that specializes in producing exclusive breads, pastries, cakes sandwiches, and serving special drinks.
OYATSUPAN
is a combination of two Japanese words Oyatsu meaning snack, and pan, meaning bread or sweet roll.

We are in search of a full-time/part-time front of house. Able to work on weekend, this candidate should be positive, self-motivated, team worker, reliable, passionate about food, love bread, and a quick learner.

Be reliable, always willing to learn new skills, work with integrity, and strong work ethic.

Cohesively work with a variety of personalities with different abilities and styles.

Be able to regularly lift up 30lb.

Have reliable transportation.

Be able to work for long periods on your feet, standing, shifting, bending, twisting, grasping, listening, bending, pushing, pulling, and squatting.

Help where needed: as a barista, cashier, sandwich making, packing bread, and clean up, etc.

Have customer service experience in quick-serve food.

Barista experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Have an ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

Maintain excellent personal hygiene.

Have a current Oregon state food handlers license.

Barista and other training will be provided. 90 days introductory period.

Wages depend on experience. PTO. Details at the interview.
