Barista (Closing Shift)

Donut Land is opening a brand new drive through in Newberg. We have been serving handmade donuts and coffee in Oregon for over 25 years, and now we are building something bigger. This is your chance to get in early on a growing brand and grow with us as we open more locations. This is for the Closing shift. Minimum 1 year barista experience required. Stable company with 25+ years in business and plenty of room to advance. What You Will Do Full time closing shift Make consistent, high quality coffee and espresso drinks. Serve donuts, drinks, and breakfast bagel sandwiches with a warm, upbeat attitude at the drive through window. Move quickly and accurately during rushes while keeping the line flowing. Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized. Deliver an excellent guest experience every single time. What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year barista or drive through coffee experience required. Confident with espresso, milk texturing, and working a bar during rush. Able to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment. Friendly, professional, and reliable. You show up on time and ready to work. A team player who wants to grow as Donut Land expands. Shift Lead Track We are also looking for experienced baristas who can grow into Shift Leads as we scale. If you have previous shift lead or supervisor experience in coffee, drive through, or QSR, let us know in your application so we can fast track you for leadership opportunities.

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
