We believe in celebrating life by appreciating the beautiful, the dark, and the finely crafted. We aren't just serving caffeine; we are creating a unique, immersive atmosphere for our community. We are more of a second wave cafe bringing back a social space for the community with latte forward style drinks. Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Barista to join our tight-knit team and help ghost-host our daily operations.

You are diligent, reliable, and deeply passionate about the art of specialty coffee. You feel right at home behind an espresso machine, making boo-tiful drinks. You thrive in a steady environment, maintain your composure under pressure, and understand that customer service and quality is at the forefront of every single cup.

Because we are a themed cafe and people visit us near and far, open availability is an absolute must for this role.

Requirements & QualificationsExperience:

Minimum of 1+ years of professional barista experience in a specialty coffee setting.

Availability:

Open availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills:

Open communication, milk texturing with alternative milks and latte art skills, knowledge of espresso extraction, a knack for multitasking, cleanliness, and attention to detail

Vibe:

Charismatic, engaging, and comfortable driving a warm customer experience from behind a dark counter. An appreciation for the unique aesthetic of our space is a huge plus!

Greet every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.

Craft Quality:

Prepare and serve exceptional hot and cold beverages, adhering strictly to quality standards, recipes, and presentation.

Product Knowledge:

Confidently describe menu items, suggest house specialties, and share your passion for our coffee and bakery offerings with curious guests.

Register Logistics:

Efficiently receive and process customer payments, handle cash registers accurately, and manage fast-paced transactions.

Daily Operations:

Maintain a pristine, organized workspace. Responsibilities include restocking inventory, rotating stock, assisting BOH and keeping up with cleaning protocols under the direction of management.
