We are looking for reliable, steady, and team-oriented people to join our team. Pay Starting pay based on experience + tips Pay growth based on performance and increased responsibility Job Type Barista (Part-time): approx. 15-24 hrs/week Potential for Shift Lead growth into a full-time role for candidates who demonstrate strong consistency, operational readiness, and leadership Responsibilities Prepare espresso and specialty drinks following Kaleido Coffee's standards Maintain cleanliness, stock, and café operations Follow recipes, systems, and daily procedures consistently Provide friendly and professional customer service Stay focused and efficient during busy periods Requirements Minimum 6-month barista experience required Familiarity with specialty coffee or Asian-inspired café beverages is a plus Strong attention to detail and consistency in following recipes and standards Reliable, punctual, and communicative Able to work independently and in a team Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Multitasking Skills Weekend availability preferred Attitude & Work Style We value consistency, openness to feedback, and working within clear café systems and recipes.
