$16.30/hr + tips (tips average an additional ~$7.50/hr)

Our Front of House team is the heart of the cafe. We care deeply about hospitality, speed, communication, and consistency. This role is best for people who enjoy staying busy, working with urgency, and taking care of others.

Some of our team members come from coffee backgrounds, while others learn everything here through our in-house training and through our sister company, The Great North. We're far more interested in attitude, work ethic, and warmth than previous cafe experience.
