Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, beverage prep stations, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, give correct change, and balance registers at the end of shifts. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards and food safety regulations. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities such as serving drinks, cleaning stations, and restocking supplies. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred; barista experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems for sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
