Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Operate POS systems such as Skytab POS Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas. Manage food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation procedures, and sanitation protocols. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and recording sales data accurately. Support team members during busy periods by multitasking effectively with serving, cashiering, and food prep duties. Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong coffee industry knowledge preferred; passion for coffee is a plus! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
