Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring quality standards are met at all times Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Uphold health and safety regulations related to food safety, food handling, and sanitation standards Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math tasks Experience in food industry roles involving serving, food preparation, or retail sales is a plus Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for coffee meets your desire to create joyful customer experiences.
