Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems (Toast) for efficient order processing and cash handling Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and product recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change and sales totals Follow food safety and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance Assist customers with checking out lunch and dinner items.
