Duties Crafting Drinks:

Steaming and texturing milk

Greeting & Guiding:

Welcoming guests warmly, answering questions about the menu, and making personalized recommendations.

Taking Orders & Payments:

Using the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions and handle cash.

Building Rapport:

Remembering regular customers and their specific drink preferences to provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Sanitization:

Following strict health and safety guidelines to clean countertops, sanitize steaming wands, and wash dishes.

Machine Upkeep:

Purging, backflushing, and deep cleaning the commercial espresso machines throughout and at the end of the day.

Restocking:

Ensuring that milk, syrups, cups, napkins, and coffee beans are refilled

Skills Workflow Efficiency:

Juggling grinding, tamping, and steaming simultaneously to serve multiple drinks quickly and correctly during a busy rush.

Customer Service:

Greeting guests warmly, guiding them through the menu, and handling complaints or special requests with patience and composure.

POS & Cash Management:
