Job Description
Barista & Café Team Member — $22/hour + Bonus About Bagelatte Bagelatte is a new coffee and bagel café opening in Hershey, PA focused on high-quality espresso drinks, scratch-made New York-style bagels, and genuinely welcoming service. Because we are building the business from the ground up, this is not a narrowly defined barista position. Every team member will help make drinks, take orders, prepare food, keep the café clean, and support coworkers wherever needed. No café or barista experience is required. Paid training will be provided. We care more about reliability, integrity, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Compensation $22 per hour guaranteed base pay Full-time and part-time opportunities Paid training Generous bonuses based on company performance No individual sales quotas or difficult-to-reach bonus metrics Bonus payments depend on the profitability of the business and are paid in addition to regular hourly wages. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our quality standards Take customer orders and process payments accurately Prepare and serve bagels, schmears, breakfast sandwiches, and other menu items Provide friendly, attentive service and help customers feel welcome Restock ingredients, cups, packaging, and supplies Wash dishes and clean equipment, counters, dining areas, and other workspaces Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures Help open or close the café, depending on your scheduled shift Work with the rest of the team to keep service moving during busy periods Learn new responsibilities and generate ideas to help grow the business What We're Looking For Experience is welcome, but it is not required.
