Responsibilities Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, fresh jucies, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Clover to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, process payments, give correct change, and balance cash drawers at shift end Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling surfaces, equipment, and seating areas in accordance with food safety guidelines Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed Support team members during busy periods by serving drinks quickly and managing retail sales transactions smoothly Skills Proven experience as a barista or in food service environment with café experience preferred Strong knowledge of beverage service techniques and non-alcoholic drink preparation Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Capable of maintaining cleanliness standards through regular cleaning routines and food safety compliance This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the food industry while delivering memorable experiences to every guest.
