Down To Earth Cafe is located in Legacy Park, Mechanicsburg, central Pennsylvania. It is important to us that we create a positive and friendly atmosphere for our employees and customers. NOTE:
We are open in Market Square, located in Legacy Park, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. We are looking for all year round barista's!
DUTIES:
Greet all customers with a friendly tone. Provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer. Build relationships with customers, remembering names and orders. Always account for allergies since we cook with alternative ingredients. Educate customers on our products. Maintain quality and consistent product standards. Process orders accurately at the register. Use direct communication with team members and management for any questions or concerns. Gain familiarity with our products. Properly prepare all food and drink items. Create a positive work environment with other team members. Keep your workspace clean and organized, even at busy times.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ability to multi-task. Passion for coffee and food. Open to constructive criticism and improvement. Attention to detail and sanitation. Educate customers about our products. Ability to work in a fast pace environment

JOB TYPE
Full-Time Barista- hourly pay starts around $11/hr, with tips included it can come to $17 - $19 per hour.
