Responsibilities:

Prepare espresso drinks, specialty beverages, and kids drinks to recipe standards Take customer orders and operate the point-of-sale system Provide friendly and efficient customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Weekend availability Barista experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person What we're looking for: Someone who cares about doing things right, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive, growing team.
