Job Description
BCB is looking to grow our Barista team! Experience is not required, but we do ask that you have reliable transportation. Starting wages are $11.00 per hour. Tips range from $3.00-$3.50 on an hourly average, which is why we have posted the job at $14.00-$14.50! We also allow all of our employees to have one food and one drink item for free per shift, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with scheduling.
