This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and bringing positive energy to every shift. Nights and weekend availability are required since those are our busiest times. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do Greet customers with a welcoming and upbeat attitude Scoop ice cream and prepare sundaes, shakes, floats, and specialty desserts Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift Restock toppings, cups, cones, and other supplies as needed Help maintain food safety and sanitation standards Work with the team to keep service fast and friendly during busy rushes Represent the Stella's brand with professionalism and positive energy Assist with opening and closing responsibilities when scheduled What We're Looking For Friendly personality and strong customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and stay organized Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks Must be available to work late nights (past 11 p.m.), weekends, and holidays Previous food service, retail, or ice cream experience is a plus — but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to scoop ice cream consistently throughout a shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs when restocking supplies Ability to work in a busy customer-facing environment Why Work at Stella's?
