23 W Highland Ave. , PA 19118. Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in our brand new location in Wayne. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Latte Art skills are required for this position and will be tested during interview. We have both part and full-time available. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and mocktails according to established recipes and standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to provide accurate information to customers. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction with their experience. Operate coffee brewing equipment and other kitchen appliances safely and efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Follow food safety guidelines and maintain compliance with health regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication. Requirements Latte Art skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. A genuine passion for coffee and the ability to learn about different brewing techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
