Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in person or over the phone. Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards. Manage cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and handle cash handling duties with integrity. Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations at all times. Ensure quick service by managing customer orders promptly, accurately, and with a positive attitude. Assist in food handling, serving, and basic food safety management to uphold high-quality standards. Support retail sales transactions, including processing payments and providing excellent customer service at the counter. Skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards. Previous experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants.
