In this hospitality role, you'll craft high-quality beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage all aspects of mobile café operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to visit cool locations around Philadelphia and beyond, meet and engage with people, and get great coffee! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffees and other beverages with precision and care, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage a fast pace (some events are fast, some aren't), while also being hospitable and friendly with each guest. Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to promote products and enhance their overall experience. Set up, break down, and transport mobile café equipment securely between locations. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly for seamless service delivery. Wake up SUPER early. Many events start at 8 am in Philly. Our HQ is in Reading, so we typically start the day at 4am - 5am with big events. Experience Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is not necessary but can be helpful. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. 18+ years of age Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
