Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently using Square POS Handle cash transactions confidently, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas, adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food service and food handling tasks, including basic food preparation and serving snacks or light meals Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food industry with a strong focus on coffee service Proficiency with POS systems like Square POS for sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for retail math calculations Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Experience in serving, food preparation, and café operations is highly desirable Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
