We are looking for a person who will be comfortable/able to work alone when fully trained and will we able to open/close. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, specialty coffees, and other beverages with precision and flair. Operate POS systems such as Snackpass POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Manage multiple tasks efficiently by practicing excellent time management during busy hours. Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic retail math calculations. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café remains inviting and organized. Qualifications Familiarity with POS systems such Snackpass POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks.
