This will be a newly opening restaurant. In this lively role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in both fine dining and nightlife settings. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and coffee beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol serving regulations and policies Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service when applicable Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role Familiarity with POS systems ; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of brewing techniques or hospitality industry trends is advantageous Join us as a vital part of our vibrant team!
