About Us Arabella's Coffee House is a cozy, community-focused café dedicated to high-quality coffee, fresh breakfast offerings, and warm customer service. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Position Overview We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and friendly Part-Time Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior café or specialty coffee experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys connecting with customers. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages to company standards Provide exceptional, friendly customer service Take accurate orders and operate the POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace Assist with opening/closing duties and basic food prep as needed Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous barista or café experience required Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and drink building Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Availability for mornings, weekends, and some holidays Perks Tips shared among staff Free shift drinks, meal and employee discounts Supportive, team-oriented work environment
