Company Overview Clement Coffee is a Greenville-based company specializing in coffee catering and mobile espresso bar services for large expos, corporate events, and weddings. We focus on making sure every cup is perfect and every guest feels welcome. We're looking for a reliable, friendly Event Lead to help us bring these experiences to life. Position Overview As our Event Lead, you're the face of the brand. You'll be handling the whole journey: preparing equipment, loading up the van, driving to the venue, setting up the cart, and pulling amazing shots of espresso. Driving & Logistics:

You'll safely get our coffee carts and gear to events around the Upstate (occasionally beyond).

You'll manage the setup, service, and breakdown, making sure everything is clean and ready to go.

Guest Connections:

You're the go-to person on-site, chatting with hosts/guests and keeping things running smoothly. Hospitality & Beverage Preparation

Barista Craft:

Prepare and serve a high-quality espresso menu with consistency, focusing on extraction, milk texturing, and visual presentation (latte art).

Events can get busy! You'll need to stay efficient without losing your cool. Team & Inventory Management

Keeping Track:

Monitoring supplies at warehouse so we never run out of the key event supplies.

Team Talk:

Keeping everyone in the loop to make sure every event is a win.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

1 year of barista experience preferred.

Skillset:

Foundational knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art.

Vibe:

You're reliable, positive, and you notice the little details even when things get fast-paced.

License:

You've got a clean driving record and feel comfortable driving a small/medium sized van.

Schedule:

You're down for a flexible schedule, including weekends and some early mornings. We just need at least 3 available days throughout the week.

Physical Requirements:
