Lead Barista Grocery Store Location - Starting at $19/Hr. - Dependent on Experience

About the Role A large grocery store chain is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Barista/Starbucks Lead Clerk to support daily operations of our in‑store Starbucks. This position plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest experience while helping lead and supporting a team of baristas. What You Will Do Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service. Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to standards. Operate the cash register accurately and maintain cash control. Support training, coaching, and daily direction of Starbucks associates. Maintain product levels, restock displays, and ensure accurate signage. Assist with ordering, inventory, and daily paperwork. Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and ABC/tobacco regulations. What We Are Looking For Previous retail, food service, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Must complete required company training and obtain AST certification.
