We're Hiring, But We're Picky About It We're a local, independent coffee company with two Myrtle Beach locations and a team that works hard and actually likes being here. We're not a big chain, and we don't pretend to be. What we do have is good coffee, real food, strong standards, and a crew that has each other's backs. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that, not just fill a slot on the schedule. The Shift 6:30 AM to 3:45 PM | 28 to 40 hours/week | Both Myrtle Beach locations Yes, it's early. Here's the payoff: when you close, you're closing in the late afternoon, not at midnight. Your nights belong to you! The pay is solid for what the job is (more on that below), and when the team is trained up and tight, the workload is genuinely manageable. A few things that aren't flexible, so let's be upfront: You'll work both locations when scheduled Saturday and Sunday availability is required, both days It's early, it's fast, and it's physical If those are deal breakers, no hard feelings. Better to know now. What You'll Actually Do Make and serve excellent coffee (and yes, you should actually like the stuff) Prep and serve real food Work both locations when scheduled Own the register and handle cash correctly Wash dishes, clean bathrooms, take out trash; it's all part of it Restock, rotate, and lift boxes up to 40 lbs Keep the café spotless and the energy positive Find things to do without being told to find them Be the kind of teammate people are glad to work with Make every customer feel seen What We're Looking For Skills can be taught. What can't be taught is who you are when it's busy, when something goes sideways, and when no one's watching.
