Sully's is a busy coffee and crepe shop, and because we're a small team, we take an all-hands-on-deck approach. While this position will primarily focus on making drinks, taking orders, handling the register, and providing great customer service, everyone on our team helps wherever they're needed. That means you may also be asked to run orders, clean and reset the dining area, wash dishes, restock supplies, take out trash, and jump in to help the rest of the team during busy periods. We all work together to keep the café running smoothly. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, cold brew, tea, and other beverages consistently and efficiently Take customer orders and operate the POS/register Provide friendly, welcoming customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café and bar area Restock ingredients, cups, supplies, and other necessary items Run food and drinks to customers when needed Assist with dishes, trash, cleaning, and other daily tasks Communicate with teammates and help wherever needed during busy shifts Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
