This will be at our up-coming Broadway location. You're a great fit for this role if: You're a great relationship builder and love people! You are passionate about coffee and have previous service industry experience (preferred but not required). You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a team player. You're a self-starter. You see issues and take action to solve them.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently - providing an exceptional experience. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food. Opening and closing duties Keep the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Participate in training sessions and continuously seek opportunities to improve.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or service industry preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for quality. Availability to work flexible hours - specifically looking for baristas with availability on Saturdays and Sundays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds. Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes noisy environment. Naturally occurring hair colors

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
