This role blends craft, speed, and genuine hospitality to deliver high-quality coffee, food, and service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Responsibilities Dial in espresso, monitor extraction, and maintain equipment cleanliness Greet every customer with a welcoming, upbeat attitude Take orders accurately and efficiently (in-store and drive-thru) Prepare espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages with consistency and care Follow recipes and standards to ensure quality across every drink Work efficiently during peak hours without sacrificing quality Communicate clearly with team members to keep orders moving Keep bar, lobby, and workstations clean, stocked, and organized Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures Jump into different roles as needed (bar, register, drive-thru) Create genuine connections—learn regulars, make recommendations, and represent the brand well Maintain a clean and inviting lobby for guests Ideal Traits Friendly, positive, and approachable Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency Coachable and eager to learn Able to multitask and stay composed under pressure Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality At Towns End, we're here to fuel people's day and their next adventure.
