General Manager Description Wild Laurel provides a golf course, bar, veranda, swimming pool, and fitness center for golfers and guests. Housekeepers will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable and clean experience at Wild Laurel. They will be expected to uphold our highest standards of hospitality by being attentive, professional and efficient at all times. They will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of all cleaning supplies and cleaning practices. Responsibilities (shall include but not be limited to)

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all areas of the clubhouse are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Notify the Manager on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required. Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests. Qualifications
• Ability to understand and receive instruction in English
• Works cooperatively with others in a team environment
• Must have excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to work with little supervision while completing responsibilities Experience/Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-4 years of experience preferred Physical Demands
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a golf cart Work Environment
• Dining Room, Bar and Kitchen areas
• Fitness Center
• Pro Shop
• On-Course Restrooms Work Schedule
• Monday, Wednesday and Friday
• 8am - 2pm each day Compensation
• Starting at $15 per hour Must comply with all company policies and procedures
