Job Overview We are building one of Aledo's premier specialty coffee experiences and are looking for baristas who want to grow with us. Wild Honey Mercantile & Coffee Co. is seeking specialty baristas who take pride in hospitality, quality, and maintaining a beautiful space. We are a Western-inspired coffee shop and mercantile in Aledo focused on craft coffee, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role is for individuals who naturally stay busy, take initiative, and care about the details that make a guest experience special. We are looking for people who: have strong customer service instincts take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized move with urgency and attention to detail notice what needs done and handle it without being asked enjoy learning the craft behind specialty coffee Responsibilities include: preparing espresso drinks and specialty beverages maintaining a clean, organized bar and café environment engaging warmly with customers supporting the team during busy periods upholding the high standards of Wild Honey Coffee experience is great, but work ethic, pride in your work, and a hospitality mindset matter most.
