Growth to event lead pays $25/hr. Tips at events split between Baristas Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and food safety protocols Requirements Prior barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred; a passion for coffee is essential. A great working/customer service personality a must. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods with energy and professionalism Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and food preparation standards in a café or retail environment Capable of standing for extended periods while maintaining focus on quality service Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
