Job Description

We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented barista who truly cares about the craft of coffee and the experience we provide to every guest. This is a unique opportunity to work as the sole barista at this location, taking full ownership of the bar and playing a key role in both coffee quality and the overall front-of-house experience.

Our coffee program is centered around a manual espresso machine, and we approach espresso as a craft. This means you'll be actively dialing in throughout service, adjusting grind and dose, managing yield and extraction times, and maintaining consistency shot after shot. We're looking for someone who understands that every variable matters from distribution and tamping to milk texture and temperature and who takes pride in executing at a high level.

This is not a push-button environment it's hands-on, intentional work for someone who enjoys the process as much as the final product.
