We offer health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of working full time (minimum 30 hours). Duties and responsibilities The primary job duties and responsibilities of being a Front of House Lead include but are not limited to the following: Organize and supervise shifts Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction Develop guest relations Respond efficiently and accurately to guest comments and complaints Train new and current staff Enforce handbook policies and company protocols Provide constructive feedback when necessary Control operations costs and identify measures to reduce waste Maintain health code standards, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Maintain all checklists Overseeing inventory and ordering products Estimate future needs for goods, restaurant supplies and paper goods Clear communication skills Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Be able to maintain a fast-paced environment Close attention to detail Ability to competently use the restaurant POS system Promise to maintain the company's brand and image through hard work, service and a sincere love for hospitality Can perform barista position should the business needs dictate Works on special projects and other duties as assigned Accommodation Reasonable accommodation can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Qualifications Tiny Boxwoods Productions require the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the position of Team Lead.
Qualifications include:
Texas Food Handlers certificate Outstanding customer service skills Ability to memorize recipes and beverage lists. Flexible availability in scheduling Capacity to multitask. Ability to work as part of a team. Barista skills Working conditions The incumbent will be working in a restaurant setting behind a bar and may be working near co-workers. Hazards may include, but are not limited to, cuts, minor burns, slipping and tripping. Physical requirements The incumbent is required to walk and stand for the entirety of shift, minimal lifting is required. Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe. Frequent hand washing. Must be able to hear and talk.
