Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a lively, positive attitude Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care Assist in food preparation and café setup to ensure smooth daily operations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience as a barista or in food service environments, with strong coffee-making skills Familiarity with Square POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours seamlessly Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a lively café or retail setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the food industry while delivering outstanding service.
