Position Summary:

We're looking for energetic, friendly Barista & Cashiers to join our front-of-house team. No prior experience is required — we provide full training! You'll create delicious drinks, deliver excellent customer service, and help keep our café warm and inviting. Customer service experience is a big plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and deliver friendly, personalized customer service Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, teas, specialty beverages, and serve pastries & chocolates Accurately process orders and payments at the register Share menu knowledge and make recommendations to help customers discover new favorites Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment Work as a team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts

Qualifications:

No experience required — we will train you! Customer service experience is a plus (retail, restaurant, or café preferred) Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and genuine love for working with people Reliable, punctual, and strong team player Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods Basic math and communication skills Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
