We bring the charm of Eastern tea culture to life in a fresh, modern way. We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Barista to join our vibrant team specifically for the evening time and weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, boba, and other beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences. Assist with food and drink preparation while strictly following food safety and handling standards. Provide warm and attentive customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations, especially during peak hours. Qualifications & Requirements Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive at work on time. Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset. Prior food or beverage experience is preferred, but not required.
Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
