Position Overview:

We're seeking a reliable, polished, and personable team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who values hospitality, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team that delivers both quality and consistency.

Shift Availability:

Opening shift: 5:30 AM - 10:30 AM Closing shift: 7:00 AM - 1

PM Key Responsibilities:

Open the store and ensure a smooth, organized start to daily operations Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and professional demeanor Take orders and manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency Prepare coffee beverages while maintaining consistency with recipes and standards Prepare fresh juices and items such as overnight oats with attention to quality Maintain proper stocking of products and supplies throughout the shift Uphold high standards of cleanliness, including dishes, floors, and workstations Keep all areas organized, clean, and presentation-ready at all times

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Quick learner with the ability to retain recipes and procedures Dependable and punctual, especially for early morning shifts Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
