In this dynamic role, you will lead daily operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage preparation, and smooth team coordination. As a key team member, you will inspire your colleagues, uphold food safety standards, and create a welcoming environment for all guests. Your leadership will drive sales growth and foster positive, energetic atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back. Responsibilities Supervise and support the cafe team during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Lead by example in preparing high-quality coffee beverages, food items, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues effectively Oversee food safety practices, proper food handling, and adherence to health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the cafe area Experience Previous barista experience in a fast paced cafe or food service environment Knowledge of food preparation techniques and serving standards Experience in food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is a plus Food Handlers Certification is a must within the first 3 weeks of the job

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
