Tea Enthusiasts Want to Become a Tea Master? Join Gong cha Gong cha is an international beverage franchise specializing in freshly prepared premium tea, bubble tea and coffee. Brewing happiness is the core of Gong cha's mission! As a Gong cha Bobarista, you will be expected to effectively prepare boba milk tea beverages, efficiently handle cash, and credit card transactions, and consistently provide excellent customer service.
Work responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve Gong cha's signature bubble teas and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using a cash register.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting customers with menu selections, recommendations, and customizations.
- Perform kitchen prep tasks, including preparing ingredients, toppings, and syrups according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including cleaning equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking inventory.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Experience operating a cash register or point-of-sale system is preferred.
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is a plus.

$10.00- $13.
